This is a character-driven sci-fi drama about a lonely freshman who is given a Time Machine that allows her to travel across time. After failing a presentation about “connection,” Taylor uses the device to escape her regrets—only to find herself in a prehistoric world, forming an unexpected bond with a primitive human who communicates without words. Through this unlikely friendship, she begins to understand what genuine connection truly means. Returning to her own time, Taylor must face her fears, rediscover her voice, and learn that real friendship starts with accepting herself.
